Hi Don.  The yellow stems are typical of Saint-Louis - but their fruit are not usually flattened on the base. However, there seems to be a clearly defined layer below the design, which may imply that temperatures were not quite close enough when the various pieces were assembled, so maybe the cherries squashed a bit . I vote for Saint-Louis.
