Four bubble glass glass dump help please

Any thoughts on this one, first impression was Wedgwood now I can't help thinking V Nason Murano, the blue upper surface to the glass makes the bubbles look silver.

3 1/2 inches in height.

I think these are Czech; we've had them in neodymium glass
