Need ID on glass vase mark

Found this very pretty cased glass vase and have been searching on and off for a few weeks trying to find out who the mark belongs to. Every time I put the words art glass marked with F over globe or similar words into the search...well I get globes. The letter looks like a script F but I could be wrong. Definitely looks like a globe behind it. Any help would be much appreciated.
