Help dating this Hadeland set?
« on: June 15, 2006, 12:08:43 AM »
Hello everyone~
I found this set, and I'm not even sure what to call it: an appetizer set, perhaps?  Can anyone help me date it by the label, shown below?  It seems like the newer Hadelund pieces don't have this label.  Also, can a designer be attributed?  I appreciate any assistance!

Hello and welcome, Adriana!
I've had a look in Ivo Haanstra's great little book, "Glass fact file a-z" and in Lesley Jackson's 20th century Factory Glass", but there is nothing about any labels being different for different years, or not being there certain years.
Somebody else will probably come along soon, with more info.
