Topic: Antique / Vintage Streaky Glass paperweight - ID HELP PLEASE

Hello Everyone
i have this large sized paperweight with what i can only describe as streaky design, (similar of that to the whitefriars streaky vases) there are many signs that this is an older piece, lots of air bubbles in the glass and lots of base wear, also it just has an early feel to it. the streaks are dark blue/purple and dark green i believe,

if anyone can help with a possible ID that would be great
