Hi All,

Wonder if anyone can help shed any light on this Studio Glass paperweight, more than likely British in origin.

Contains four flowers possibly orchids with each stalk originating from the centre. Flat base, which is unpolished.

Remnants of original gold paper label to the base, however the wording is completely worn away. The label does remind me a little of those used in the past by Adrian Sankey in terms of colour and size, although I am aware these type of labels are commonly available.

Measures 10cms in diameter and 8.5cms tall and weighs 833 grams.

Any thoughts much appreciated.

Greg

Hi.  It might be worth checking out Joe Rice or the St Clair family (although they are US - I have never seen UK weights like this).  It reminds me of their style.
