I never cease to be amazed at the breadth of knowledge that can be found on this board. In common with many, I suspect, I was completely baffled by this piece when it was first posted. So I was fascinated to see your response, Sid. How come you missed it first time round?

Hello & Welcome to the Board! Sometimes my replies are short & succinct, other times lengthy. Apologies in advance if they are not to your satisfaction; my main concern is to be accurate for posterity & to share my limited knowledge

Hello:

I just received the catalog reprint recently so didn't have the information when this was first posted.

Moral of the story, keep searching for answers.

Sid
