WMF Ikora glass vase, 1928
« on: April 19, 2015, 04:43:56 PM »
As it is a little quiet on the German glass board atm, I thought I would show my newest purchase:

big and unusual WMF Ikora glass vase in shades of turquoise and red, 22 cm high, 17 cm wide.
The vase (patten nr 92, with a different decor in red/green) is shown in the 1928 Ikora catalogue in the Burschel book.

I couldn't believe my eyes when I spotted it on a fleamarket yesterday (in the middle of the day), with a big sticker "20 Euro" ;D

Thanks Anik! :)
My best piece of Ikora glass to date.
