Identify 1964 vase
« on: April 21, 2015, 02:32:23 PM »
I am trying to identify this thick walled vase so I can list it on E-Bay.  Anyone have any idea if it is Orrefors or what it may be worth?
The back is signed Minne Fran
Systerbarnen <initial> Sverige
1964

Welcome to the glass message board.
Your vase says "Souvenir from the nephews (or nieces)".
Could be any maker, if OF then it must be signed as such.
And value is never discussed here as it is highly subjective.

Thank you for the translation.  I should have included the photo with the entire vase/bowl pictured.
Do you think it is Orrefors? I am a hard time finding anything similar in shape/size/etc.
Thanks again

Could be an independent engraver on a  Kosta blank, or could be Elme or Johansfors, Lindshammar or Skruf.
