Surely Sklo Union vase I.D. ID = designed by Laděna Víznerová

Hello all, I picked up this solid vase, surely a Sklo Union company, but any idea as to which one? It is a peach/pink colour with square body with scooped corners, very heavy at about 1.5kg and 14cm tall, thanks for any info. Simon

It was designed by Ladena Viznerova (ex wife of Frantisek Vizner). 
I haven't figured out to add links to previous postings yet with my new computer, but you should be able to find the three previous postings from her name.
