Vibrant Heart Shaped PW. ID = Glass Eye Studio, USA

This vibrant heart shaped PW has multi coloured canes and lots of sparkles encased in clear glass. It has a very smooth polished base. It did have a gold foil label which unfortunately has fallen off. Approx 9cms top to bottom x 8cms across. Any ideas appreciated as always. Thanks Chris

Glass Eye Studio (USA) from the Hearts of Fire range, according to the OP's ebay posting. That identification appears correct, judging from the Studio's web pages - particularly this one (in red rather than the OP's in blue):
