This one could be fairly new with no wear I can see,to my eye the bowl has striations and the stem pressed,in the thickest parts there is a smart blue tint and no bubbles,I can't think what it may have been made for, dolls house perhaps, although the at 6.5 cm to big perhaps?

Well well!?,wasn't expecting that and I should have checked before posting but it's got uranium in it,not madly glowing but it goes green.

does it look more like the dull green of manganese?  -  used as a decolourizing agent - when making clear glass - by counteracting the greenish or brownish tints created by traces of iron which remain in the sand when it's not cleaned or treated properly prior to going into the pot.

Perhaps your dolls are big dolls ;)

Looks like a manganese glow to me. For non-uranium glass, there can be many shades of green seen under longwave uv. However, a uranium reaction is always VERY BRIGHT and well into the Yellow-green shades, not just a "clear and light yellow-green" which is what I see in the photo.
