Topic: Victorian green uranium mould blown glass vase help please

Any thoughts on this one? never seen this colour before in glass, it's made in a three piece mould very sharp to the the touch and leaning to one side, i'm guessing 1870's no markings.


8 1/2 inches in height, 3 1/4 inches across the base.

I'm sure Lustrousstone will know. I know she has at least a couple of very similar beasts and I've handled them - they are good quality.

Davidson  but probably a little later than 1870s

Rough age Christine? i know this shape has about a 30ish year life span, thanks for the quick reply.

Davidson pattern no. 207, Chris. An unregistered design.

Comes in cupped versions, like yours, or flared versions, and in clear glass and a variety of colours.

Often bears the Davidson demi-lion mark underneath the foot, and though to have been introduced sometime between 1880 and 1890.
