could just be a distortion of camera/light/screen, but your green doesn't look very much like the green in Williams-Thomas book, Keith  -  if you have the book, which of the other shades of this colour do you think it is?  (see page 72).          The green in the book is quoted as being jade.

Thanks Anne, have you seen the prices of some alabaster pieces on ebay, £176 for a cup and saucer !  :o more than 10 times what I paid for mine !!

Ummm no, to be honest I dare not look, Keith! I am banned from buying any more glass until we can get some of the stuff I have rehomed, and get the rest unpacked and sorted out, and there are mountains of trinket sets which take priority for space. :)
