I just had a leaf through my sole weighty tome on older Swedish glass, and they illustrate one of a very similar nature, but for a buttoned pontil mark, with accompanying text that they were previously much older friggers that got incorporated into many Swedish production lines toward the end of the 1800s.

I can rule out Holmegaard - the legs of their known fyldehund were less stylised, the early examples had opaque glass eyes, and later examples were all signed.

I just thought I would re-surface this, this is an extract from catalogue  "Reijmyre Bruks 1897" catalogue and the dog pic is identical to mine. pig there as well.

Although, as before, I'd still be a little cautious about attributing it to a specific factory/country.
