Topic: Help on ID of American Brilliant Cut Glass Shallow Bowl

Any help on maker of this Brilliant cut low Bowl, the 2nd piece I have now found in the Uk this year, just over 10" in diameter, height 1.75" ,3/8" thick , and weighs over 1.5kg or 3lb 6oz, looked very carefully but is not signed
