I have a vase I want to list, it has a paper of authenticity with it, hand-signed by Jaroslav Vymazal (designer) and Vaclav Baloun (engraver).

This paper is stamped 'Crystalex, Oborovy Podnik' but has Atelier Exbor also as a large...oh heck, I'll post a pic!

Is it produced FOR Exbor BY Crystalex?  I have no idea of the value of this, I presume the Exbor name gives it some Kudos?  :?:

Thank you.  :D

Hi,
I will tell you all now, that I have advised Max not to sell this item.
This is from an extremely scarce range of production from Crystalex/Exbor, just prior to Exbor -Egermann going its own way.
This is a stunningly high quality piece of glass, in production terms being as rare as the proverbial rocking-horse pooh....
These very small series, signed items, are of the highest quality, and should you be fortunate enough to find one, are "pension fund" items.
Max, enjoy, and when the time comes, sell to go on a holiday, enjoy a leisurely retirement.
Wonderful, that you have shared this with us.
in friendship,
Marcus

Max please, are we allowed to see a picture of the vase too?

Experience teaches that anyone who begins to collect in any field can feel a change in his soul. He becomes a joyful man filled with a deeper empathy, and a more open understanding moves his soul.
