I've never seen one, to my knowledge, but I have trouble with lefts and rights and reversal things, so I may have seen one, without being aware of it.
I can deal with 3-way things, just not 2-way things. ???

Does anyone actually have a 'mirror image' example?

I have definitely HAD some, but I'm not sure if I still have.  I'll have a look and report back.
