Small Milliflori Paperweight ID

Hi there,

Picked this up from a car boot sale near Perth at the weekend. It's only a couple of inches in diameter. Base is completely flat and unmarked. Any ideas?

Ah! Well it's quite pretty anyway, and it only cost £3. What gives it away as Chinese, the base?
