5627 Jindrich Beranek is likely. The drawing in the books is poor but I have a photo of a vase I had previously identified as this pattern,

Thanks Robert !!
I understand that it is the same design in different heights.
....* Besides captured in different angle.

Daniel, I agree exactly. My version of this vase is 21.5cm (out of interest). Even though I only posted one picture, in my opinion, you assessed it correctly. Some people find 50's Skrdlovice very difficult, as the drawings, usually by Veliskova, in the pattern books, can seem to be very different to the actual glass sometimes. I was very surprised when I first matched the Veliskova kangaroo vase to the pattern book drawing!! With patterns where the height affects the pattern "look", as here with this Jaroslav Beranek design, in the past, I have used a drawing software like Irfanview, to resize, where the 100 per cent height by 100 per cent width is changed to perhaps 50 per cent height, 100 per cent width, the same shape can magically appear perfect. This is usually true, because, when you stretch glass and it was marked shaped similarly, this is exactly what happens to the glass when height is changed.

Apologies, Jindrich Beranek is correct.
