Small vase
« on: January 24, 2016, 07:25:50 PM »
Hi All, found this in an antique centre last week. It's 11cm high by 6cm wide at the widest. Clear but with swirls in smoky amber, blue and some red. Gold flecks too. Polished base. Murano? I've no idea so any thoughts gratefully received. Thanks, Chris.

Welcome to the forum Chris.

Might be worth looking at Mtarfa, it is ringing that bell here anyway.

John

Thanks John, I did wonder if it was Mdina, so that's a very helpful lead. Glass is a new and absorbing interest for me - thanks for the welcome.
