Small clear vase with bubble possibly Skrdlovice for verification

Hi all,
I was lucky recently and bought this awesome vase with Skrdlovice label on eBay. It weights 2,5 kg , measuring 14,5 cm x 10 cm , with polished base. I hope this vase was designed by Frantisek Vizner. Could somebody please confirm it ?  Thank you very much.

Wonderful vase!  It is indeed a Vizner...  pattern number 8015.  Lucky you!  :)
