Decco ?. Uranium vase.

Rather ordinary looking vase ,has good wear to base and ground and polished pontil mark.
It stands 150 mm in height and 112 mm dia at the top.
The textured surface is on the inside and seems to be caused by the silver coloured flakes.
Any help to confirm the date and manufacturer would be greatly appreciated.
