I tries to psot a pic in my glass gallery and it said i was over my quota and I don't have that much in it! Can any one explain this to me.

It would appear that the space quota is 1024KB for all members? :shock:

Pat, you have 1418KB, that's more than the space quota so it must have gone down for some reason. :shock:

Yep thats what it told me, but as I only have a small amount in my album I wondered if it was a glitch. So must have gone down but we can keep what we already have. No problem so long as I know I can't put anything else in. Just grateful for the fact that it is there to use.

For some weird reason the quota had been reset from 50mb to 1024 kb - no idea why... it wasn't me gov honest! I've sorted it out and disabled the quota altogether so that should resolve the matter. Sorry to all who have been inconvenienced - let me know if the problem recurs and I'll take a stick to the server! :twisted:

I never imagined you were whinging Pat - I'm just glad you flagged it up. I do visit the gallery several times a day but I don't check for reset quotas - not something I expect to happen very often! :lol: I shall keep a close eye on what's happening for a few days to make sure the server behaves.

Tony H in NZ sorry to say I have the same problem as Pat, I am over the limit.

If I may ask another question, the row of flags that are on the gallery pages, is it right mine load up one at a time and the gallery page does not load till they all show, is this how it is ment to work?.

Hope this is in the right place.

Hmmm it's reset again. I'll go poke around and see what's happening. Thanks for the heads' up Tony!

As to the flags, mine are there always - probably loaded from the cache - the flags are actually fast links to be able to change the language the board is displayed in for our multi-lingual users.

I'll have a look at what's happening and start a new thread in the Cafe. Can anyone who is having problems with GlassGallery add comments there please? Many thanks.
