Art Deco vaseline / uranium bowl - ID

20cm wide, 8 cm tall. Art Deco bowl showing ducks? in a rain storm with clouds or weeds on the bottom of the bowl.

No marks. Reacts to UV light. Bought here in France, I have also seen the same bowl in clear glass.

Lovely piece, anyone have any ideas on manufacturer?
