Miniature double ogee bowl?

Hi all,this little glass reminds me of an Irish rummer about 1815ish,but it's tiny,any thoughts on this one?.It has a broken Pontil ,wear with a blade knop and leaded,dolls house glass,salesman or maybe some alcoholic beverage?
