Just bought myself 4 sherbetglasses of the serie Pia in an really unusual olivgreen colour. Now I have to identify it for sure and maybe this colour
can be specially made for an English company, Denby, but that remains to find out.

These are lovely pieces and are perfect for a finger of amber whiskey.

We are all similar - I too am trying to identify pieces. Very fun but also
important to document and share.

Good luck with your olive green sherbet glasses. I have one Denby piece but
it is a beautiful black lidded baking dish for the oven. I didn't know Denby made
glass but then very few Denby items made it into my area.  Mostly Dutch and
the Scandinavian peoples settled here, which is probably why I am finding many
such items.

Denby didn't make glass, just ceramics, but they had it made for them to complement their tableware and sell under their brand.

Hi Lustrousstone. I maybe wrote wrongly but, Denby did sell glass, at least in the 70's. They bought glass from Sweden and labelled it Denby. I did have some trouble finding it out at first but then it became clearly. They did buy from at least 2 swedish glassmills, Björkshult and Åseda. From Åseda they bought a serie named Mirage by Bo Borgström and from Björkshult they bought another model (I'm not sure of the name) as You can see at the picture. The yellow ones are Mirage.
