My grandfather was a crystal salesman. He apparently brought this back from Czechoslovakia.
Can you help identify the foil label?
I'm trying to determine anything about this. If you can help with any details please let me know.
Would love to know manufacturer, approx year and value.

I cannot seem to find much information on him.  Do you happen to have a link to a site where there is information on him, the company, and how to date the vase.

The only thing I can say for now, is to make sure you check your  language and autospelling on your tablet before you reply... otherwise you'll write, just like me,  to Bello and Theo as well

Take a close look beneath the centre of the carriage, to the rear of the front wheel - could have a "J. M. Pohl" signature as part of the decor which, via a google search for "j m pohl" seems to be a commonly used transfer print on several items.

Does anyone know of proof that "J. M. Pohl" decoration appears on Moser items? Or is that just more wishful thinking on the part of various folk?

Or would Haida (Novy Bor) be more reasonable?

I have also seen a piece with a similar design, signed Anton Kusak and another one signed Berndt, but who they worked for I haven't found out yet, but anyway, maybe it leads to the right attribution, I'm going here a bit into unknown territory ...

It is signed J.M Pohl. It's so tiny that as much as I have sat and admired it, I had never noticed the name.   I assumed the foil sticker would identify the maker, but it's in such bad shape that I'm barely able to make the foil out.
Other then similar  pieces I cannot seem to find any information about him. 
I actually do not even know the year this could have been made or the worth.

We don't really tend to discuss values here, just the glass.
Values in the secondary market are very subjective, something is worth what somebody is willing to pay for it, in that place, and that time.
But one way to get a ball-park figure is to search the sold section of auction sites to see what similar or identical items have sold for in the past.

I suggest that perhaps the foil label makes it 40s/50s.

It's ok, I don't really need the value.  It's very sentimental to me as it's the only piece I was given of my grandfathers Crystal.
I have always wondered about its maker and history.
I'm so thrilled to know the maker!!! 
I know he brought it back from one of his European Crystal trips, but that was about all I knew.
