interesting Sulphide weight

i've no idea who made it or what the Sulphide is or means, it measure's just over 3" high and 3" across, it has an inverted fire polished pontil with the number 059, the pontil is the same style  like T.V.G weights, the cobalt ground has a pattern just like coral or veins,  you can't see in the photo that the vein's are yellow ish in colour, in the photo they just look dark blue,
