Hello, I am trying to identify a lot of 16 glasses I inherited. I know they are pre 1960, but beyond that I know nothing. Can anyone help?

Dag Ilona en hartelijk welkom bij de Glass Message Board.

I have come across glasses from this service before but do not know who made them. My guess is Kristalunie Maastricht. Most of those will be in the database of Catawiki - which you can search.

Hi,
they look like Peill & Putzler īKaratī glasses to me?
A design by Wilhelm Wagenfeld if so.
Do they probably have a little acid mark underneath?

Dank voor het welkom!
How do I search the Catawiki database? I was told the glasses are not of interest until I can give info on designer and maker...

The glasses look indeed very much like the Peill and Putzler. They have no acid mark that I can spot. Is that a the absolute means of identification?

If P&P they should be marked.
Table glass found in the Netherlands is usually Maastricht, VSL, Weiswasser or Leerdam. But there are others, of course.

Clearly not P&P then, and I can't find anything similar under any of the known Dutch producers. I'll have to accept them as P&P knock offs I'm afraid.

Thanks so much for the help!
