Vallerysthal - Green Gilded Melon.
« on: June 24, 2016, 07:23:52 PM »
Dear All,

4.5" diameter and 4.5" high green gilded Vallerysthal melon.

I guess it may have been part of a set though cannot as yet find any links.

Interesting I also saw a very large dark purple Vallerysthal cabbage today too. Bit like a 192 bus. :-)

The more I look at them the more I see.

Kind regards

Andrew

I don't know if it's part of a set but it is just listed as a sugar bowl, model 3762 - 1907 and 1908 catalogues. I don't think they did a lot of creamers though, how does one make a creamer look like a melon anyway?  ;)
