Anyone familiar with this artist?
« on: July 09, 2006, 11:11:29 PM »
Although there are no commas, etc. in evidence, the name engraved on the bottom of this5" art glass jar/vase, (which can be seen at http://community.webshots.com/user/pauladk100 as the last two photos in the "More Glass" album,) appears to be Engebre T Joy written, for all intent, as the single word - Engebretjoy.

I believe the name Engebre is Norwegian, but that does not mean the artist is necessarily European.  I would greatly appreciate any information as to nationality, etc.  In addition, I would still be interested to know if the glass bull shown in the same album is in fact Murrano, and if it can be safely attributed to a particular artist/glass house.

Thanks in advance for your kind attention.
