Thanks for chasing these down Paul. They've added to the list of liquor holder registrations for Molineaux Webb which now spread from 1888 to 1899. The dishes look quite similar to Percival Vickers registrations around these dates which were perhaps intended for the electroplate trade...

I picked up an example of 111290 a few days ago and indeed it came with an EPNS tray. Mine was something of a variant of the registration pic, it only has the bottom half of the dish as shown in the design, no vertical slices around the rim.
