Applied white glass on black vase?

Probably quite recent but...

This has Black glass which turns amethyst when held up to a light. It has applied and slightly sunk in white glass around it. It's 14 inches high

I saw similar items on a market this morning in a stall from people I know who import contemporary Egermann from the Czech republic.

Here's another similar shaped vase on ebay that I've just found.

I'm not sure about the Murano attribution but perhaps the decoration on this one might give further clues?
