Hi Rob, nice weight. Generally, most folk on the Board do not discuss values but some members are happy to discuss such things via email etc.
However, at 3 inch diameter and if it is good condition, it should have an "auction estimate" of, at least, the mid- to high hundreds ($ or £).
What makes Clichy weights of more worth to collectors are things like: Presence of a "Clichy" signature or partial signature such as "C" on its own, or as part of a complex cane (but not an apparent "C" formed by slippage of the cane detail). Also, Rose canes are highly regarded, but fairly common. If there are many Rose canes, that helps to raise interest. And note that Rose canes (and proper "C" canes) can sometimes be found as very small elements of other canes.
