I'm not convinced that these were made in Murano. Somewhere else in Italy is possible, but I wouldn't rule out Mexican or Chinese.

Actually, there are loadsof glass animals for sale over here at the moment made from, and I quote, "Russian Murano glass."  :?
Enjoying being in the Midlands.......some people are just amazing....

On the origianl picture... I recently saw a Bull sculpture in similar style and colors with an actual Mexican label on it (which was my hunch about them). I dont have the link now since my computer crashed.

Since the "Murano" is in quotation marks, is the implication that it is made in Russia, "in the Murano style"?  Bit naughty, but I have heard of quotation marks used in that way  :evil:  :roll:
