Is this dish Murano?

Hi all,
On a recent shopping expedition to Belgium, I managed to pick up this dish. It weighs over 1.5kg, although it isn't very large, 14cm wide and 7.5cm high (sorry, I don't have an inch tape measure)
It is quite difficult to photograph, but the outer layer is light blue/grey.

 Click to enlarge
As always, many thanks for any input.

Della the shape is certainly a classic Murano one, but the colour combination looks unusual to me.

I would have thought this is from one of the Belgian factories - just don't ask me which.
