MDINA SEAHORSE PAPERWEIGHT WITH BLUE HORSE
« on: August 02, 2017, 02:34:57 PM »
I have just bought a Mdina seahorse paperweight which has the usual blue and yellow base but has a blue horse rather than the normal clear horse.
I have seen dozens of these but only ever with a clear horse, can anyone tell me if these are uncommon or have I just been unobservant and not spotted a blue one before.
Thanks John

They come with different bases, some cloudy yellow over teal, and some are made in a mould with vertical lines in.
The clear horse bit normally comes with a blue inner part, but all-blue is not unknown although more unusual.
