Czech marked sugar sifter ? ID = Jablonec

I recently purchased this sugar sifter (lid holes look too big to be pepper pot) it is marked on the base Czechoslovakia and Techoslovakia measures approx. 4" by 2.35 " any ideas as to its maker please  :)

Found my sugar sifter in the 1952 Jablonec catalogue  ;D
