federal glass boxing glasses
« on: July 20, 2006, 01:56:39 AM »
I have a set of 8 drinking glasses from Federal Glass with famous boxers from the turn of the century. Boxers include Fitzsimmons Sayers Kilrain Sullivan etc.  Would like info on when these were produced and if the set was indeed 8???

Are the designs cut, etched or printed?

The glasses are white frosted with a raised picture of each boxer and their name on one side.  The backside has a good sized paragraph about their career and famous bouts.  That writing is raised as well so I am assuming printed.
