HELLO ALL and Thanks for your help in advance.....I was thinking this was possibly Murano enameled glass... looks hand painted and signed under the handle (photo 3) with the number 791 above a rough pontil scar in the last photo..approx 6 inches tall thanks for your help

I don't think the glass is Murano, Spanish perhaps. I wonder whether the enamelling is done by a crafter or whether that too is Spanish, though the name looks like A Parnell
