Bought this piece years ago and came from a beautiful estate in NY filled with high end antiques. (Not to influence anyone, but the family tree went through England in the mid 1800s).
Its a glass Centerpiece/Vase that measures about 6" high x 6 1/2" in diameter. It is white or very pale pink on the inside and swirled red white and pink on the outside. (maybe a tiny hint of blue swirl in there as well). The enamelling is two tones of gold with a raised design on the lower half. The gold portions of the design are sort of pebbly with raised white outlines and accents.
There is no pontil mark and the top edge is ground smooth with a gold painted edge. (Has expected scratches/dullness at high points on bottom edge)
Just always assumed it is late 19th century bohemian but really haven't a clue. Could it be Moser? (no signature/markings anywhere of course)
