At a guess, the kind gentleman and his lady friend are DE and PC, the glass is possibly RB...

and I can't even work out what shape it is! I cannot map the first pic. onto anything else or see how it comes about... ;D

Yes, yes and yes  ;D it is a bit of an odd thing, the 2nd picture is the shape with the white 'eyes' on either side, does that help ?  ;D ;D

Found at Malvern, John! With it being properly signed (by hand) I reckon it must have been a sample of RB's produced to show people one of the variations produced.

Took another picture and cut a piece of card the same shape, well almost  ::) does this help ? should be a bit more 'pointy' at the front.
