Hi all,
This lovely fella is 2.5" (63mm) square & 5.5" (140mm) in height and it is actually quite heavy.
Polished flat base & unsigned & there are paddle (?) ripples on all four sides from flattening.
I have looked through the MDG posts and wondered if this was one of theirs, or not?
TIA
Della

I would say it was probably MDG. Can you see grinding marks on the base?

I agree, look for a very faint batutto sort of effect on the polished base. It won't be quite flat and shiny, and that indicates MDG, Della.
A lovely piece. 8) Unusually tall for a square sectioned bottle.

Thanks, both  ;D
Yes, there are faint grinding marks.
I thought it could be MDG.
It does have a label, but not one that is here on the board (well, I couldn't find one  8) ), so will add the photo now.
I know someone wanted photos of any labels, so they are more than welcome to this one (unless it now turns out to be something else and is of no use  :P )

Not one that's in the Board's Malta album either, Della, and would be very welcome: http://www.yobunny.org.uk/glassgallery/thumbnails.php?album=546 - you still have a login on there ( Deltab ) if you don't have your password and if you can't figure out how to reset it yourself let me know and I'll reset it for you . :)

That is the MDG logo on it, Della. The cross has v-notches in the arms.
The Mdina one doesn't.

Thanks, Sue  ;D

I have uploaded it to the Malta labels now, Anne. I can't believe I remembered my password  :o I have now changed it, to one that I can readily remember.   :P

Well done Della  :-* and thanks for adding the label.  Every label helps build up the resource for everyone. :)

I think very likely that this label was added by The Artisan Centre or another one of the gift shops.
Something you like, mail me! :)
