Topic: Recommendations designer producers

Hi- We would appreciate anyones help with the following if there are suggestions:

1) designer: We are looking for someone to help us design a glass structure, a type of funnel,  for kitchen use, i.e. a commercial product, but we dont know where to find someone like that.
2) We are looking for commercial level production sources of carafes and wine glasses that are either painted with a stained glass type design ( as sort of swipe across the glass, not entire glass colored) or that have a color swirls etc baked in. We prefer Italian or other European source and will not consider chinese sources. Any suggestions on where to start would be greatly appreciated.This could be >1000 pieces per month.
3) multichamber bottles: we are looking for a designer/producer to design and make a bottle with 4 independent chambers like the start of century jacquins french bottles. European source.
4) multichamber carafes...looking for carafes that have 3-4 independent chambers that can each be stoppered.
