Uranium glass Sommerso bowl ID please

I bought this Sommerso bowl / ashtray and was looking for a designer or factory. 
The cased layer looks greenish but inside out it’s aqua blue and glows in black light.
A lot of objects in these colours and shapes are described as Barbini but no prove.  A similar bowl has an attribution for Barbini for Weil Ceramics & Glass but also no prove. 
Does anyone have an ID or know anything more about it ?
