The canes could be a mix of "earlier" and "later".  The whole weight looks tidier than I would expect from Ysart Brothers.

Probably Vasart Ltd but the base finish is neater than many. Could be early Strathearn.

A straight-on side view would be good - to see how "proud" (if at all) the canes are above the ground.
