Cobalt Glass Pedestal/Footed Dish Maker, Circa Please

Cobalt Pedestal or footed Dish
Measures: 2 3/4" tall x 5 1/2" wide
Not much else to say except it is cobalt, looks rather new, has a finished bottom, or foot.
