Hello and welcome.  :)
I really cannot make out enough detail from your photographs (here or on your other thread) to be able to comment.
There is a whole load of techie help and info here;

http://www.glassmessages.com/index.php/topic,34093.msg362679.html#new

Which should get you on the right track. :)
Cheers, Sue M. (she/her)

Hi .
I used the resizer website you recommended on another listing to resize down to 300 pix but every time I tried to upload it said file exceeds 500kb
I will try again just loading a single image per post.
thanks for loooking though and for info.

Something must have gone a bit wrong. ::)
You can post 4 images per comment, that won't affect the images.
Do you have a very close-up setting on your camera? The one with the flower icon?
That's the one to use, but make sure you don't try to focus too close, you need to be at least 8 inches away, (pleasem use a plain background :)) and any excess can be cropped.
Perhaps you should try one of the other resizing things?
I ended up having to click on the link under your image, and get the image to appear in a different box, and it doesn't blow up.
I use paint shop pro, and just follow the instructions in the techie tips.

Hi again.
I use iPad for everything.no settings for macro unfortunately.
I will try using another system later and see what happens.
Where there is a will there is a way.
Thanks again.

You are clearly far more sophisticated than I am with technology.
I don't even know what an ipod is. I've heard of them.

Hi fatbelly,

Which resizer did you use?

If you use http://www.picresize.com/, and set the largest side of the photo to 700 pixels for resizing, it will usually produce a file of less than the 125Kb limit. If the resizer makes a larger Kb image, just go back and reset max size to around 600 pixels.

I can see the middle pic a little better this time, I've got a slightly better idea of what it's like now.
It looks like what are called "ice-pick" flowers and the colours look remarkably like those used in making vintage rhinestones. It looks really interesting!
