Funny looking vase
This funny looking vase is made from good quality glass. It's quite heavy and thick-ish. Polished rim.

Any ideas who made it and when, please?

Thanks again, Tony

If Romanian/Polish (what I suspect - I have something similar in blue)  look for cut off rim with a bit of roughness to it - not smooth or fire polished. If finished properly, think Ikea...

:D :? :D
My mother had a couple of frosted tumblers like this. She bought them new, had had them a couple of years before she died in 1997. Quite possibly John Lewis???? - knowing mother.

A bit similar to a Holmegaard vase that was shown in this catalogue. Page 68.

Can't help but dream.

It's quite heavy, honest.  :-X
